This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our online store. All orders are shipped from India.

Shipping Timeframe

We operate on Indian Standard Time (Kolkata) and process orders daily to ensure quick dispatch.

Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+05:30)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 0–1 business days (Monday - Sunday)

Transit Time: 3–6 business days (Monday - Sunday)

Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (From the date the order is placed to delivery.)

Courier Services: Delhivery, Blue Dart, and XpressBees

Shipping Charges

We offer a Standard Flat Shipping Rate of ₹49 on all orders within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link in the email.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive within the expected time frame (3-7 business days), please contact our support team at support@martspire.store. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will send a replacement or process a full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please email our support team at support@martspire.store within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time (2:00 PM IST). We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee changes after the cut-off time.

Delivery Attempts

Not at Home? If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery: If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
